Francine has devoted her working life to the education of pupils with a range of learning needs. She was formerly the Headteacher of Inscape House, Salford, a specialist school for pupils with autism, a Regional Co-ordinator for the National Autistic Society and latterly an Autism Development Officer for two Local Authority’s in the North-West.

Francine has been an active member of the National Autistic Society’s Accreditation Programme and provides training and advice on SEND both in the U.K. and internationally.
